Reviewers Ethics

1. The reviewers should assist the editor of the journal in reviewing of the manuscripts or help to improve and enhance the quality of the articles.

2. If the reviewer is not specialized in the field of the submitted manuscript, he/she must refuse to accept the review request.

3. Acceptance or rejection of the manuscript by the referee should be done in the shortest possible time.

4. The reviewer will keep the information obtained during the review process secret and will not use it for personal gain.

5. All information contained in the manuscript is considered confidential to the reviewers.

6. The reviewers should, as far as possible, review the article for compliance with the journal writing style.

7. Reviewers should check the correctness of citation and referencing in the manuscript. It is noted that all sources used in the manuscript should be cited properly.

8. The reviewers must submit their decision on acceptance or rejection of the manuscript in due time.

9. Reviewing manuscripts should be based on sufficient scientific documentation and reasoning. Objections should be clearly stated and presented to the journal and author(s). Refrain from expressing personal, unscientific, racial or religious opinions in reviewing manuscripts.

10. Reviewers should withdraw from reviewing a manuscript when the refereeing process may be lengthy or they may not be able to review the manuscript.

11. Reviewers should not accept articles for which the interests of certain individuals, institutions and companies are obtained or personal relationships are observed.

12. The referee must notify the journal office of any similarities or overlaps between submitted manuscripts and articles published in other journals.
